The ashwath katte as a neighbourhood community space supports different kinds of social, religious, economic and other activities. We have found that ashwath kattes have acted as our commons and been places for human interaction for decades. We think the katte has the potential to generate community bonding and needs to be safeguarded from rapid urbanization . This is the story of a public space in Bangalore.
Which public space in your neighbourhood is most popular? How would you like to protect this space? If you have some thoughts on why some places work better for community bonding, please do share.

Here in Savannah, Georgia, I like sense of community, that the people are active and pedestrian friendly streets.🚶👨👩👧👪🐈🐕 And in India I live in Indore, there too, there's a really good sense of community and the city is very clean and people are very friendly.
